We believe financial limitations shouldn't hinder talent discovery. RR11 forms strategic alliances with companies and individuals to support economically challenged players, providing opportunities for them to be noticed by scouts.
Beyond talent discovery, we offer players education on making wise decisions during and after their careers through virtual workshops, consulting, wealth-management, marketing, and public relations.
Inspired by his love for sports and with 12 years as a US business owner, Rudy founded RR11 after realizing many South American players remain unrecognized due to resource shortages. A lifelong sports enthusiast, Rudy is dedicated to helping dreams come true.
