RR11 began as Rudy's personal project to guide his children navigate the professional sports world. It has grown to helping many young players who are limited by not having funds for transportation, uniforms, lodging during trials, etc.

How Do These Shortcomings Affect Players?

• Limited access to quality training needed to develop skills.

• Financial constraints for uniforms, travel, and related expenses.

• Fewer connections and visibility, reducing discovery opportunities by scouts or coaches.

• Limited access to medical and recovery services for injuries and illnesses.

• Lack of educational support, especially in language and rights knowledge.

• Financial and emotional pressure from pursuing a football career.

• Lack of emotional support affecting mental health and motivation.​

These barriers can only be broken down by working as a community and joining forces.
